This mix is designed for the weekend cardio trainer!!

Starts at 118 beats per minute then goes to about 145 bpm's and then back to 114-118 bpm's..50 minutes total and peaks at 35:00-40:00-don't forget to stretch after your regimen--start to walk to the beat and then start the mild jog and then back to a cool down tempo.actually it's great for any cardio machine including stepper or elliptical, bike or just a morning stroll...Enjoy!!
